  • Follow-up & coordinate with different departments
  • Resolve the disputes of customers by convincing them.
  • Add & promote products on marketplace channel.
  • Dispatch Orders by using in-house & marketplace software.

Minimum 01 years of customer service Experience.

Experience of handling international customer is preferred.

Excellent English Writing Skills.

Bachelors.
