Customer Service Executive
- Handle Customers emails for marketplace accounts & websites.
- Follow-up & coordinate with different departments
- Resolve the disputes of customers by convincing them.
- Add & promote products on marketplace channel.
- Dispatch Orders by using in-house & marketplace software.
Minimum 01 years of customer service Experience.
Experience of handling international customer is preferred.
Excellent English Writing Skills.
